BIM-M12E-AP6X-H1141/3G Description
Turck BIM-M12E-AP6X-H1141/3G is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-M12E series. This sensor features an extended barrel embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a PBT-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor operates at a frequency up to 1kHz or 1000Hz maximum switching frequency, and it can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a current consumption of 15mA under no-load conditions. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It has an M12 thread size and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
