BIM-EM12EWD-AP6X-H1141 Description

Turck BIM-EM12EWD-AP6X-H1141 is a magnetic field sensor/switch within the BIM-EM12EWD series, designed for position sensing. It features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is housed in 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, making it washdown-resistant. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and has an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel shape. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, with a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protections. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and the thread size is M12.
