BIM-EG08-Y1X-H1341 Description
Turck BIM-EG08-Y1X-H1341 is an intrinsically-safe magnetic cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-EG08 series. This sensor is designed with an ATEX-compliant, embeddable format and is powered by a supply voltage of 8.2Vdc. It features a durable 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox), ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor operates at a frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz max. switching frequency and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It is equipped with 1 x digital output (8.2Vdc; NAMUR) and has an M8 thread size.
