BID2-G180-AP6-H1141/S212 Description
Turck BID2-G180-AP6-H1141/S212 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for high-pressure applications without an LED indicator. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is an M18 fully threaded barrel, offering an IP67 degree of protection. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 500bar statically and 350bar dynamically, with a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 2mm. It features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it has an M18 thread size.
