Turck BI6R-W30-DAP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-W30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PA12-GF30 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. This sensor features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity and has a 30mm thick rectangular body with a 6mm ring. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates with a maximum switching frequency of 8Hz and has a response time of 8ms. It is equipped with one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; dynamic output; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 10mA. The sensing distance is specified at 6mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A. Operating in a NO (Normally Open) mode, it can detect objects ranging in size from 0.6mm to 6mm, and is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
