Turck BI6R-W30-DAN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-W30 series. This sensor features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor has a 30mm thick rectangular body with a 6mm ring and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It operates with a maximum switching frequency of 8Hz and has an ambient air temperature range for operation between -25°C and +70°C. The response time of the sensor is 8ms, and it includes 1 digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; dynamic output; 200mA max.). The no-load current consumption is 10mA, and it has a sensing distance of 6mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It is capable of detecting objects sized between 0.6-6mm.
