Turck BI6-EG12FE-AN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EG12 series, designed with an extended barrel that is embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is an M12 fully threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, offering an IP68 degree of protection against ingress. It has a maximum switching frequency of 600Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 10mA. Its sensing distance is 6mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, with a thread size of M12 and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
