Turck BI5-MT18E-AP6X-H1141/S100/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-MT18 series, featuring an extended barrel Weldguard coated embeddable design. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PTFE-coated brass material for durability. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection and has an M18 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel shape. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +100°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and a sensing distance of 5mm. For protection, it includes functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity.
