BI3-MT12E-AD4X-H1141 Description
Turck BI3-MT12E-AD4X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-MT12 series. This sensor features an extended barrel embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It is constructed with a PTFE-coated and chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, and an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor operates at a frequency up to 1kHz / 1000Hz max. switching frequency and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 3mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated at 100mA / 0.1 A, with a thread size of M12 and operates in a NO (Normally Open) mode.
