BI2U-MT12-ADZ32X Description
Turck BI2U-MT12-ADZ32X is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-MT12 series, designed for embeddable use. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). This sensor features a PTFE-coated brass housing, an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. The BI2U-MT12-ADZ32X provides 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), operates in NO (Normally Open) mode, and has an M12 thread size.
