BI2U-EH6.5-AP6X-0.2-PSG3M Description
Turck BI2U-EH6.5-AP6X-0.2-PSG3M is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EH6.5 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel casing. This sensor features a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. It has a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with a 6.5mm diameter, known as Picoprox, and offers a protection degree of IP67. The maximum switching frequency is 2kHz / 2000Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and has a sensing distance of 2mm. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
