Turck BI20U-MT30-IOL6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-MT30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a PTFE-coated brass housing with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It has an M30 partially threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68. The maximum switching frequency is 500Hz, and it supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (NPN / PNP; DC 4-wire; 150mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 27mA. The sensing distance is 20mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M30, and it operates with NO (Normally Open) + NC (Normally Closed) outputs.
