BI20R-Q14-AP6X2-H1141 Description
Turck BI20R-Q14-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-Q14 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a housing and sensing face made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0). This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and has a 14mm thick rectangular body with a 20mm ring. It offers IP67 protection and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 8Hz, a response time of 8ms, and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its sensing distance is 20mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode, capable of detecting objects sized between 4-20mm.
