BI2-Q10S-AZ31X Description

Turck BI2-Q10S-AZ31X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q10 series, designed with a side-sensing embeddable configuration. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a housing and sensing face made of PP-GF20, a glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene, and a cable jacket of PUR (Polyurethane). It comes pre-wired with a 2m (approximately 6.5ft) PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor has a 10mm thick rectangular body, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It is equipped with one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 100mA max.), has a sensing distance of 2mm, and a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A. The operating mode of the sensor is NO (Normally Open), and it has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz.
