BI2-G12-AN6X-0.2-RS4T Description

Turck BI2-G12-AN6X-0.2-RS4T is a sensor designed for proximity detection within the BI...-G12 series, featuring an inductive proximity sensor/switch function. This embeddable design operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and connects via a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor's shape is an M12 fully threaded barrel, ensuring an IP67 degree of protection against ingress. It can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-G12-AN6X-0.2-RS4T features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) and offers a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M12, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
