Turck BI2-CRS260-AP4X2-B1141/S34 is a sensor designed for position detection within the CRS series, specifically tailored for high-pressure applications where embeddability is required. This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It features a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, ensuring durability and resilience. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector. Its form factor includes a 12.7mm / 1/2" diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel body with a 26mm long probe. The sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress, can operate under pressures up to 103.4bar (1500psi), and has a maximum switching frequency of 30Hz. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-CRS260-AP4X2-B1141/S34 features a single digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA, and a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
