BI10U-S30-AN6X Description
Turck BI10U-S30-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-S30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It features a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connection. The sensor's shape is an M30 partially threaded barrel, offering an IP68 degree of protection. It has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz, can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C, and has a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 25mA, a sensing distance of 10mm, and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, with an M30 thread size and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
