BI10U-Q14-AP6X2 Description
Turck BI10U-Q14-AP6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q14 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and sensing face, along with a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. This sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads and has a 14mm thick rectangular body. It offers an IP67 degree of protection, a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, and it includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
