BI10U-MT18-AP6X2-H1141 Description
Turck BI10U-MT18-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-MT18 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a PTFE-coated brass housing with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity and has an M18 partially threaded barrel shape. It offers a degree of protection of IP68, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates at a frequency of up to 1.5kHz, with a maximum switching frequency, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a response time of 8ms and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The current consumption is 25mA under no-load conditions, and it has a sensing distance of 10mm. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protections. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
