Turck BI10U-G30-ADZ30X2-B3131 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-G30 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac and 10-300Vdc, including nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac for AC and 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc for DC. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30). It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The M30 fully threaded barrel shape ensures easy installation, while the IP68 degree of protection guarantees durability in harsh environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and a network frequency of 50-60 Hz, it operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The sensor offers one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.) and features a sensing distance of 10mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it has an M30 thread size for mounting.
