BI10U-G30-ADZ30X2-B1131 Description
Turck BI10U-G30-ADZ30X2-B1131 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-G30 series, designed for embeddable installation. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PBT-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate). It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The M30 fully threaded barrel shape of the sensor ensures easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and operates within a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. The BI10U-G30-ADZ30X2-B1131 features a single digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 10mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The sensor operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode and has an M30 thread size for mounting.
