BI10U-EM30-AN6X Description
Turck BI10U-EM30-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EM30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing, an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The shape is an M30 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz, an ambient air temperature operation range of -30°C to +85°C, and a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 25mA, a sensing distance of 10mm, and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a thread size of M30 and operates in a NO (Normally Open) mode.
