BI10R-Q14-AN6X2 Description
Turck BI10R-Q14-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-Q14 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and sensing face, along with a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. This sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It has a 14mm thick rectangular body with a 10mm ring, ensuring an IP67 degree of protection. The sensor supports a maximum switching frequency of 8Hz and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. Its response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, and it includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, operating in a Normally Open (NO) mode, and can detect objects sized between 2-10mm.
