BI10NF-S30-AN6X Description
Turck BI10NF-S30-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for sensing non-ferrous metals, part of the BI...-S30 series. It features a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, along with an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap and a PVC cable jacket. This sensor is embeddable, has a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connection, and comes in an M30 partially threaded barrel shape. It offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates with a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz, an ambient air temperature range for operation from 0°C to +60°C, and a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA, a sensing distance of 10mm, and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
