BI10-S30-VP4X/S100 Description
Turck BI10-S30-VP4X/S100 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-S30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It features a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connection. The M30 partially threaded barrel shape of the sensor ensures easy installation, while its IP67 degree of protection guarantees operation in demanding environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and an ambient air temperature operational range of -25°C to +100°C, this sensor is versatile for various applications. It offers 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M30, and it supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs for flexible integration into different systems.
