BI10-S30-AP6X Description
Turck BI10-S30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-S30 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The housing and sensing face are made of PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), with an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap and a PVC cable jacket. This sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It features an M30 partially threaded barrel shape and offers an IP67 degree of protection. The maximum switching frequency is 500Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
