BI10-P30-Y1 Description
Turck BI10-P30-Y1 is an intrinsically-safe inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-P30 series. This ATEX compliant, embeddable special version is designed without an LED indicator and operates with a supply voltage of 8.2Vdc. It features a PA12 (Polyamide) housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, a TROGAMID end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. The sensor is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It has an M30 fully threaded barrel shape, offers a degree of protection of IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI10-P30-Y1 has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz, includes 1 x digital output (8.2Vdc; NAMUR), and provides a sensing distance of 10mm with an M30 thread size.
