BI10-P30-AP6X-B2141 Description
Turck BI10-P30-AP6X-B2141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-P30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a housing made of PA12 (Polyamide) and a sensing face constructed from PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's M30 fully threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward installation. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. The maximum switching frequency is 500Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The response time is quick at 8ms / 0.008 s. This model provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is set at 10mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity safeguards. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The thread size for mounting is M30, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
