BI10-M30T-AZ3X Description
Turck BI10-M30T-AZ3X is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-M30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The M30 partially threaded barrel shape of the sensor ensures easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor provides one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 400mA max.) and has a sensing distance of 10mm. Its control circuit is rated for currents between 300-400mA (0.3-0.4 A), and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size for this sensor is M30.
