BI10-G30K-AD4X Description
Turck BI10-G30K-AD4X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-G30 series, designed with a short barrel embeddable form factor. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 2-meter cable that terminates in bare end flying leads for easy installation. The M30 fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel shape is designed for straightforward mounting, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and includes one digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.) for connectivity. The sensing distance is rated at 10mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 100mA / 0.1 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size for installation is M30.
