BCF10-Q20L60-AP4X Description
Turck BCF10-Q20L60-AP4X is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch belonging to the BC...-Q20 series, designed for noise-immune embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a housing and sensing face made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and a PVC cable jacket. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads. The sensor has a rectangular body, 20mm thick and 60mm in length, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 10mm. It is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and has a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The operating mode of the sensor is NO (Normally Open).
