Turck BC20-Q20-VP4X2-H1141 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-Q20 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor and its sensing face are made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity, housed in a 20mm thick rectangular body. This sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress, with a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BC20-Q20-VP4X2-H1141 provides a single digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It boasts a sensing distance of 20mm and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it supports operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) with complementary outputs.
