Telemecanique XCSTA591 is a safety limit switch within the XCSTA sub-range, designed with key safety switch functionality and featuring break before make/slow break operations. It is constructed from Polyamide PA66 for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This switch offers a connection type of Pg 11 / no 11 cable entries x 2 and provides a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 mechanical operations at no load and has an electrical durability of 5,000,000 operations at (240Vac/250Vdc) with load. The XCSTA591 includes 3 poles, with 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact. It supports a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 400 V (UL) and 300 V, with a control circuit rated current of 3 A at 240Vac (AC-15 and A300). This switch can operate within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C.
