Lenze I55AE211F1AV11001S is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter within the Drives sub-range, designed for variable speed and frequency control with additional features including DC-injection braking, brake management for brake control, S-ramps for smooth acceleration and deceleration, flying restart circuit, and a PID controller. It incorporates a built-in RFI filter, safe torque off (STO) safety application, and I.O. conformal coating. The dimensions are H250mm x W60mm x D130mm. This model does not include a communication interface but offers protection functions against overvoltage, leakage current, earth fault resistance, and overtemperature of the motor. It supports a rated current of 3.2A for heavy-duty applications at 400Vac and 3A at 480Vac, with a supply voltage of 400Vac / 480Vac. The mounting mode is suitable for control cabinet or surface/wall mounting. The operational ambient air temperature varies with the switching frequency, allowing a maximum of 45°C at 2kHz or 4kHz and 40°C at 8kHz or 16kHz. It has an IP20 degree of protection, operates on a 3-phase network (3P / 3AC) with a network frequency of 45-65 Hz (input) and 0-599 Hz (output). The device includes 2 x analog outputs, 7 x digital inputs with flexible functionality, 2 x digital outputs, and 2 x analog inputs, supporting both voltage and current input/output configurations. The rated active power is 1.1kW for heavy-duty applications at 400-480Vac, with a rated power of 1-1/2HP at the same voltage range.
