Banner Engineering VTBP6LQP-91005 is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with a polycarbonate (PC) upper housing and base, ensuring durability. It offers a comprehensive degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and can be mounted on a surface or base flush with a 30mm hole. It features a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON or flashing when the job input is active, and its touch activates an output only NO (Normally Open) touch output. The VTBP6LQP-91005 is equipped with 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for JOB color control. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin M8 Pico-style QD connector, has a current consumption of 120mA, and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The device features a saddle/yoke-shaped body in red, designed for LED illumination, enhancing visibility and interaction in pick-to-light applications.
