Banner Engineering VTBP6 is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device featuring a polysulfone upper housing and a polycarbonate (PC) base. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, this part can be mounted via surface or base flush with a 30mm hole. The VTBP6 operates in a momentary mode, with a green job light that turns on or flashes when the job input is active, and touch activation triggers the output. It includes 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for job color control. Connection is facilitated through a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft 4-wire cable with bare end flying leads, and it has a current consumption of 120mA. The device features a saddle/yoke-shaped body in black, operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and is designed with LED illumination for clear visibility.
