VTBP6GR Description
Banner Engineering VTBP6GR is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device featuring a polysulfone upper housing and a polycarbonate (PC) base. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, this part supports surface or base flush mounting via a 30mm hole. The VTBP6GR operates in a momentary mode, with a green job light that turns on or flashes when the job input is active, and a red sensing light that activates along with the output upon touch. It features 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for job color control. Connection is facilitated through a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable with bare end flying leads, and it has a current consumption of 120mA. The device's saddle/yoke-shaped body is black, and it operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), with LED illumination enhancing its design and functionality.
