VTBN6Q Description
Banner Engineering VTBN6Q is a pick-to-light sensor with a polysulfone upper housing and a polycarbonate (PC) base, designed for surface or base flush mounting via a 30mm hole. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, making it suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions, with an operational ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. This sensor operates in a momentary mode, with a green job light that is either on or flashing when the job input is active, and touch activation triggers a normally open (NO) touch output. It features 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; NPN) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for JOB color control. The VTBN6Q is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector, consumes 120mA of current, and requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its design includes LED illumination for clear signaling and a capacitive touch-sensitive interface for pick-to-light functions, all contained within a saddle/yoke-shaped body with a black housing.
