T30UXDBQ8 Description
Banner Engineering T30UXDBQ8 is an ultrasonic distance sensor belonging to the T30UX series, designed with a time-of-flight system and extended temperature range, featuring compensation and TEACH mode for enhanced functionality. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic, ensuring durability, and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can be mounted via a threaded mount. The T30UXDBQ8 is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is protected by an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates straightforward integration into various setups. The sensor features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), capable of sensing distances from 20cm to 2m, and operates at a transmission frequency of 174kHz. It includes protection functions against short-circuit and offers operating modes of NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed), with a thread size of M30 for secure mounting.
