T30UIPA Description
Banner Engineering T30UIPA is an ultrasonic sensor belonging to the T30U analog and discrete output series, designed with a time-of-flight system and TEACH mode for configuration. This short-range ultrasonic distance sensor/transmitter features a thermoplastic housing and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-24Vdc and is designed for threaded mount installation. The sensor can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6P, making it suitable for challenging environments. Its shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) and 1 x analog output (4-20mA) for versatile signaling. The sensing distance of the device spans from 0.15cm to 1m, with a transmission frequency of 228kHz. Additionally, it incorporates protection functions against overload and short-circuit conditions. The thread size for mounting is M30.
