T18-2VNRL-2M Description
Banner Engineering T18-2VNRL-2M is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the T18-2 series. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic material with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18-2VNRL-2M offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary). The sensing distance is up to 25m, utilizing visible red light for detection, and it has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a thread size of M18.
