SM312LVQD-50939 Description
Banner Engineering SM312LVQD-50939 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for special short-range applications. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12. The rectangular-shaped sensor provides 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), has a sensing distance of up to 5m, utilizes visible red light, and boasts a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
