SM312LV W/30 Description
Banner Engineering SM312LV W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The supply voltage required for operation ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for M18 threaded mount installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SM312LV W/30 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12. Its shape is rectangular, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The sensing distance is up to 5m, with a visible red light color and a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
