Banner Engineering SM312FPMHSQDP is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor within the SM312 series, featuring a potentiometer adjustment design. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic with a plastic fiber construction and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SM312FPMHSQDP offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, and 12, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It has a rectangular shape and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), with a visible red light color, a response time of 0.3ms / 0.0003 s, and operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes.
