SM312FM10-75278 Description
Banner Engineering SM312FM10-75278 is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor within the SM312 series, featuring potentiometer adjustment for glass fiber. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens and comes pre-wired with a 26" / 660mm pigtail terminated with a 9-pin D-Sub connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is designed for M18 threaded mount installation. The ambient air temperature range for operation is -20 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12. The sensor has a rectangular shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm, and has a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. Its operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
