SM312F W/30 Description
Banner Engineering SM312F W/30 is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor within the SM312 series, featuring a potentiometer adjustment for glass fiber. It is housed in thermoplastic with a glass fiber material and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12. The SM312F W/30 has a rectangular shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm, and features a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. Its operating mode can be set to Light-ON or Dark-ON.
