SM2A312LQD Description
Banner Engineering SM2A312LQD is a photo-electric sensor from the SM2A312 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. The SM2A312LQD is capable of functioning within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. Its rectangular shape encompasses 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a sensing distance of 5m. The sensor utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 4ms / 0.004 s.
