SM2A312FVGQD Description
Banner Engineering SM2A312FVGQD is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor within the SM2A312 series, designed with a green LED potentiometer adjustment specifically for glass fiber applications. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac to 240Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac and 220Vac, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -20 to +70 degrees Celsius. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor has a rectangular shape and includes 1 digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type). It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and has a response time of 8ms (0.008 seconds).
