SM2A30SRLNCB W/30 Description
Banner Engineering SM2A30SRLNCB W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM30 series designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode "B" modulation frequency, suitable for washdown applications. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is encased in a stainless steel housing and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70 °C. The sensor is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, indicating its robustness against dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns. It features a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M30 thread size, a single digital output (Solid-state AC output), and is capable of sensing distances up to 150m. The sensor utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s. Its operating mode is Dark-ON.
