SB12TE1 Description

Banner Engineering SB12TE1 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the SB12 series. This sensor functions as an emitter alone, housed in a thermoplastic with a polycarbonate lens. It features a 12mm diameter and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The SB12TE1 operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for snap-in flush mounting on panels up to 3mm thick. The sensor can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +50°C and is rated IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
